Aiyo... Wanted to blog on the last day of 2006 but my brother's computer couldn't come up with the blogging screen.. 2006 went and 2007 came... Which meant my holidays are ending real soon!!! Right now still not yet decided on what modules to take and the bidding rounds have already started. Hmm.. do a little update since from 17 Dec 2006.
Around X'mas period till now - Prepared and helped out at my brother's new house since he was having house welcoming party around X'mas. Baked fruit cakes for the occasion and chocolate chiffon cake. The fruit cake turned out a little disappointed because I forgot which recipe to use T.T Anyway I just tried baking a chiffon cake a few days ago and it came out great so happy, it was relatively easy too.
Had my jc gathering on 29 Dec 2006 at J8 Swensons. At first it was decided at Din Tai Fung but some had budget so changed the plan in the end. Had dinner and shared dessert there. After the dinner went to the 3rd floor to take crazy pictures in the open. [Ahem... I am still waiting for the photos to be put up by them... ^-^]
Yesterday went to have dim sum at Toa Payoh Central the FortuATE restaurant, after that walked around the area to digest the food.. My brother bought some clothes at Hang Ten. Strangely I thought yesterday's weather was warm and there was little breeze even when I wasn't wearing any thick clothings.. GLOBAL WARMING!!!! Had to prepare for more hot weather coming up because some university in somewhere calculated that this year will be even warmer than that in 1998 (although I have no recollection of what it was like back then in 1998). Anyways, I hate the warm and humid weather.
Ohh.. and I caught the first episode of the Channel U 10pm drama show yesterday "War and Beauty". Think I will be going after each episode since it's quite watchable and it's a "gu-zhuang". By the way, my computer in the living room is still not fixed!!! I have no idea how I am going to survive school. Right now I am still using my brother's computer and his keyboard sucks becuase the keys are very stiff and very difficult to press down. SOB!!!
