My brother bought the book written by Peter D'Adamo, Eat Right 4 Your Type. I don't really 100% believe and follow in these stuff saying to eat accordingly to your blood type but I guess it's no harm reading and knowing what the naturopathic doctor has to say (haha maybe when I do come across so interesting nuggets of information I will post them up). I think that everyone should take eat in moderation and get the different types of nutrition from all kind of food sources instead of avoiding completely what is written by the doctor. I do acknowledge that the different composition of the blood types meant that a particular blood type group is more susceptible to some kind of illnesses or diseases and stuff like that. But to be so wary about your diet is no fun at all.. You won't be able to enjoy the better side of life...
oh well... I may as well read it carefully and take note of certain things and see how it works out to be... Hope it can only be beneficial and nothing else.. o_o

I wish to see the world through eyes of Innocence...
